On Saturday, I got out to Bruce’s house around 1 p.m.  Carol was already there helping Bruce dig the hole for her dog Reece’s grave.  They put his grave back next to our dog Shane’s grave.  I unloaded my car and Tony, Roxanne and the kids arrived.  Tony helped dig the rest of the grave.  I started to set up the tents and Roxanne helped me.  Bruce started the grills.  Then Aunt Susie arrived.  Then Stacy arrived.  Then Kimmy, James and the baby arrived.  Then my dad arrived.  Then Karen and Olivia arrived.  Then Ed came around 3:30 p.m.  We had plenty of food.  We had a lot of hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, pasta salad, a lot of chips, plus Bruce made ham, ribs, pork chops and BBQ wings (Bruce is an awesome cook!).  I took pictures.  They delivered the dog around 2 p.m. and buried him.  Kimmy received diapers from Stacy and Karen, Money from Caro, a carseat from my dad and some clothes from me.  Kimmy, James, the baby and I were the last one’s to leave.  Karen, Stacy, Carol and a couple others helped clean up.  This was a dog funeral, a baby shower and Aunt Susie’s and my birthday party.  That’s how we do it!
