Today is my dad's birthday.  Last night I made some Happy Birthday signs and put one on his bedroom door and one above the kitchen sink.  I took him out to eat at Steak n' Shake after we dropped his car off at the shop.  My mom called me on my cell phone and she met us at the Steak n' Shake.  She could only see me from across the room because I have a cold.  I got to talk to Stacy for a few minutes.  My dad gave my mom a hundred dollars so she could buy some wigs.  Y

Yesterday I went to church and then I hung out next door for awhile.  I miss my mom so much.  I haven't seen her for 10 days now (except I got to see her for a few minutes today but not talk or visit like usual).  I have to stay away from her because I have a cold. 

I went on Saturday to Penske Honda and put a 300.00 down payment on a 2002 Honda Civic.  I hope the car is a really good car and doesn't ever break down like my other cars did.  I pick up the car tomorrow morning.  I hope I am able to make the payments on it every month.  They are 327.00 a month.

Vicki and Randy brought us Taco Bell up to the hospital around 5 p.m.  They had to leave before 6 p.m. because they had to be downtown for a dinner.  Some of James family and friends came by for a visit around 7:45 p.m.  I left around 8:15 p.m.  Kimmy and the baby are supposed to go home tomorrow.  Then they are going over to Karen and Ed's house for a dinner.

Right now we are on the way to go see Uncle Martin.  He is in the nursing home on 10th street.  I went to my mom's grave about an hour ago. Yesterday, I went over to Bruce's about 2 p.m. he gave me a guitar lesson.  Then I helped him clean the house.  Vicki, Tyler and Vicki's mom came over.  Also a mandolin player too.  Bruce made chili for everyone.  We played music until around 10:30 p.m. On Friday, I went over to Bruce's and Ed, Karen, Vicki, Tyler, Vicki's mom, and two other pickers were there.  Kimmy, James and the baby arrived after I did.  Then Bruce arrived last.  He was in Minnesota and his brother picked him up from the airport.  I helped him carry his stuff in. Then everyone else arrived.  We played music until around 1 a.m. On Wednesday, Kimmy and I went out to Bruce's while he was gone in Minnesota and cleaned his house.  Grandma Elizabeth was also over and helped clean too.  We left around 6 p.m. ...
