On December 1st (my mom's birthday), I brought over my mom's birthday presents and Stacy brought her a cake. We took her out to dinner at the Golden Corall.  It was Bruce, Kimmy, Aunt Susie, Aunt Juanita, Aunt Sandy, Uncle David and me.  We sang Happy Birthday to her. We did this to make her think that we had celebrated her birthday but the real birthday party was a suprise one set up for tomorrow. 

 




We had a suprise birthday party for my mom at Martha's Orchard on the 2nd of December. I got there around 6 p.m. Claire, Ethan and Kimmy rode with me. We stopped at McDonald's on the way there. When we got there, there was already a lot of people there. My mom was not there yet. My mom arrived around 7p.m. We yelled suprise when she came in the door. There was a big smile on her face. She was really suprised when she saw little Susie. She was so happy to see everyone. Some of the people that were there were: Aunt Susie, Uncle David, Aunt Dana, Uncle Paul, Aunt Pauline, Aunt Judy, Uncle Bill, Uncle Carl, Aunt Juanita, Aunt Sandy, Uncle Gordon, Aunt Dede, Uncle Wayne, Uncle Bob, Stacy, Subrena, Brittany, Devan, J.R., Missy, Kimmy, Johnny, Shannon, Crystal, Buffie, little Susie, Angie, Hunter, Ed & Karen, Penny & Tim Haynes, Vicki & Tyler Griffith, Elizabeth, Donnie, Gary, Kathy, Chris & Jessie, Terri Gunnell and many more people.

On Saturday, I went over to Bruce's around 10:30 a.m. to clean.  I helped Bruce clean until around 2 p.m.  He told me that they were playing music at the Woodfire Grill in Plainfield at 6:30 p.m. I went home and got ready.  I got there around 6 p.m.  I sat with Grandma Elizabeth and Uncle Gary.  Also Vicki's mom, Randy and Karen were at the table next to us.  There were a few other people there from Martha's Orchard.  We ordered burgers and ate.  I left around 8:30 p.m.  Pictured above Bruce Anderson  https://www.facebook.com/Diamond-Hill-Station-Bluegrass-Band-217831814904320/timeline/ , Tyler Griffith   http://bluegrasstoday.com/tyler-griffith-to-flamekeeper/  Vicki Griffith and Ed Biehle On Sunday, I got the food ready and left around 1:30 p.m.  We had a dinner to celebrate Easter/Johnny and Bruce's birthday.  When I arrived at Bruce's, I unloaded everything and started to warm up the home made macaroni...

Vicki and Randy brought us Taco Bell up to the hospital around 5 p.m.  They had to leave before 6 p.m. because they had to be downtown for a dinner.  Some of James family and friends came by for a visit around 7:45 p.m.  I left around 8:15 p.m.  Kimmy and the baby are supposed to go home tomorrow.  Then they are going over to Karen and Ed's house for a dinner.

Right now we are on the way to go see Uncle Martin.  He is in the nursing home on 10th street.  I went to my mom's grave about an hour ago. Yesterday, I went over to Bruce's about 2 p.m. he gave me a guitar lesson.  Then I helped him clean the house.  Vicki, Tyler and Vicki's mom came over.  Also a mandolin player too.  Bruce made chili for everyone.  We played music until around 10:30 p.m. On Friday, I went over to Bruce's and Ed, Karen, Vicki, Tyler, Vicki's mom, and two other pickers were there.  Kimmy, James and the baby arrived after I did.  Then Bruce arrived last.  He was in Minnesota and his brother picked him up from the airport.  I helped him carry his stuff in. Then everyone else arrived.  We played music until around 1 a.m. On Wednesday, Kimmy and I went out to Bruce's while he was gone in Minnesota and cleaned his house.  Grandma Elizabeth was also over and helped clean too.  We left around 6 p.m. ...
